She graduated at the Polytechnic of Milan in Architecture and Building Construction. She develops a particular interest in technical design and management of activities to support it.
She decided to deepen the issue of Safety in construction sites during the first working years, becoming Safety Coordinator during the design phase and in the execution phase in temporary or mobile construction sites.
Always attracted by teamwork, for which she was also trained as a Team Coach at NLP Italy.
